How to get into the habit of overeating

Ultimateaaron12:
As an underweight person I struggle to consistently eat enough calories to gain weight if I were to push through for say a week or two would overeating become normal as it seems to be for most and are there any ways I can make getting into the habit easier

I think it depends on each person and their tendency to gain weight. In my case, I'm just starting to gain weight and I easily eat 4,000-5,000 calories a day. It's very easy for me. But as I said, it depends on each person's tendency. In any case, you should gradually increase the calories you eat each day over time.

I read your article on Deviant art and joined the Weigh-t group. Are there more articles I can access through the group? You suggestions for promoting weight gain were very good and I hope my body will respond when I do them.

How to get into the habit of overeating

I asked a feedee not long ago on how did she gained a lot in just a couple years, since she went from 200lbs to 350lbs really fast.

She told me that she started eating some extra snacks during the day, until the point of eating something every 1 or 2 hours. She always eats a lot of calories: pancakes for breakfast, fast foods, and even she drank protein shakes at night at some point.

So, the clue is to eat more calories than you usually use, and the body will start packing pounds. Soon, it will be natural to snack on something while you work, and you will start to feel hungry every hour or so
